Are my payment/credit card details secure?

A.

Yes. All subscriptions and payments are processed through PayPal, an extremely secure site with a fantastic international reputation.

Can I download the videos rather than letting them stream to my computer?

A.

Unfornately, all of  our videos are for streaming only.  One of the benefits to our members is having exclusive access to videos and audio clips.  To prevent abuse of online sharing and piracy. We have restricted our videos to streaming only. Also each video is only 3-4 minutes in length.

The membership fee isn’t much. Why charge anything at all?

A.

Yeah, it’s not a lot. But it is something. The cost of hosting large file-size videos, and the bandwidth required for such large downloads is prohibitive.Without the few dollars we receive from subscriptions, we couldn’t do it. The membership fee also prevents tens of thousands of visitors ‘discovering’ the site and plundering the bandwidth. Also, we will be paying additional experts (Members) for videos and tutorials, so the more paid Members that we have, the more we can pay out TO Members and the better the service becomes.

Can I cancel my membership?

A.

Yes. If you’re not happy with what you find on the Member’s site, you can cancel your membership any time.

Q.

I want to put my membership on hold. Can I pause it for a few weeks or months?

A.

Sure!  Just log in to your account and pause your membership. When ready, come back and pick up where you left off at.

Q.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my membership?

A.

If you cancel at any time during your 5-day trial, your credit card will only be charged one dollar. No additional charges will applied to your credit card.

If you cancel your membership after the 5 day trial period, your subscription will remain active until your anniversary day, then terminate on that day.  For monthly memberships, we will stop the automatic renewal function when you contact us to cancel via your account page.. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your anniversary day and then terminate.
